If approved, flowers will be planted in the area along the route Phu Long, Hien Hao, Xuan Dam, Tran Chau, Cat Ba town. The total length of the flower path will be more than 9,665 meters. The flowers proposed for planting are confetti, pumka, dwarf hibiscus, and lilies.
