Ha Long offers discount and free ticket for tourists starting from July 17, 2023.

Ha Long will offer discounted and free ticket for tourists visiting Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay starting from July 17, 2023.

Free admission to Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay is applicable to the following groups: children with a height below 1.2 meters or under 7 years old; individuals with severe disabilities and those with heavy disabilities as regulated in Article 11 of Decree No. 28/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2012, issued by the Government regarding the Law on Persons with Disabilities.

Senior citizens who are Vietnamese nationals aged 60 and above, as stipulated in Decree No. 06/2011/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2011, issued by the Government regarding the Law on the Elderly, will enjoy a 50% discount on the admission fees to Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.

For children between 7 and under 16 years old, a 20% discount on the entrance fees to Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay will be applied.

To be eligible for a free ticket or discounted admission, visitors must present the necessary identification documents such as birth certificates or passports, disability certificates, identity cards or citizen identification cards,… at the ticket counters managed by the Ha Long Bay Management Board at tourist wharves. If using an electronic identification account level 2 on a smartphone, visitors must log in to their account and display their citizen identification card. When passing through the ticket control gates at Ha Long Bay, eligible individuals for free or discounted admission must present their respective documents as required.
