They were extremely responsive (sometimes in a matter of seconds), extremely efficient, very flexible, and affordable. The drivers and cars were great. Always waiting for us on time as agreed. Very clear communication. This is an outstanding travel agency. I wish I had used them for all aspects of our trip not just the transfers. Next time we will. Highly recommend!

I booked a Halong Bay tour and a transport from Hai Phong to Tam Coc. The tour was really interesting. Our guide marteen did a great job and the food was delicious. I would have liked to hear more about the cave especially the stone formations and creation rather than stones looking like chicken or turtles though. The transport worked good as well. Although only a few people actually speak english, the little they speak ist enough to tell you what to do. Hotel pickup and delivery back worked just as good as the organization of the tour and transport via WhatsApp. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with hai phong tours! We took the Athena royal cruise and Mr. Phuong took care of all our transport for us! Made the experience so much more enjoyable knowing I didn’t have to organize pickup and drop off from different locations. Would definitely recommend working with this company :)
