Rated 5.0 out of 5One Day Halong Cruise with heavy rain
Very nice experience with this cruise company. Due to some heavy rain, caused by the tropical storm we had the issue that we were not able to complete our two days one night cruise. Nevertheless, the cruise started as planned. We had a perfect lunch after checking in into four upgraded suites four our group, which were very nice in an old traditional style, which we wanted to have on board of the cruise. So we have chosen not a very modern vessel, but one which is typical for the Vietnam style as we expected it. After the lunch, we had the experience to go with the tender boat doing a kayak tour, doing some swimming and one of the guides supported us to go into a cave. Back on board we had some time to relax, having a happy hour and then followed by a very nice dinner in the evening. Later we had a chance for some squid fishing. Unfortunately the rain was getting much more heavy, so we were stopping overnight in a very calm area. And the forecast for the next day was even more difficult. The government decided, that all cruises need to go back to land on the next morning so we started early in the morning to get back to the Halong Bay Harbour. And from there, we ended the cruise earlier, than expected without having an additional cave tour during the last day. Nevertheless, the experience was great and we can absolutely recommend the ship, the cruise the support on board with Andy (cruise manager). Specially he supported us very well during our stay on board of the ship and before and after.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our Signature Halong Bay Cruise! The views throughout Halong Bay were breathtaking, and the ship's interior design was incredibly beautiful, unique, and elegant.A major highlight of our trip was the cave excursion. The cave itself was stunning and unlike anything we had ever seen before. The entire tour schedule was perfectly planned, allowing us to enjoy all the activities seamlessly without ever feeling rushed. A special shoutout to our cruise manager and guide, Andy, who was incredibly nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The entire staff team was equally polite and attentive, making us feel completely taken care of. Another standout moment was the cooking demonstration on board, which was engaging, educational, and a lot of fun. I highly recommend Signature Halong Bay Cruise to anyone looking for flawless organization, amazing luxury aesthetics, and memorable activities in Vietnam!

We spent three days on the cruise and had a wonderful experience. Our second floor room with balcony was beautiful, with a lovely Victorian style and an amazing view over Bai Tu Long Bay. The activities were really well organized and enjoyable, especially because the cruise tried to avoid the most crowded areas and busy times, particularly at the caves, which made the experience feel much more peaceful and authentic. The staff was always kind, friendly and sociable, creating a very welcoming atmosphere during the whole trip. The food was also amazing — delicious and very generous (maybe even a bit too much sometimes 😄). Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam.

We had a wonderful time on the cruise! The staff was very friendly and especially Andy was really nice and attentative. We were glad that we booked the 3 day tour since the fishing village was really worth it and we had extra time to relax and unwind in the afternoon of the second day. Food was also excellent. They also made sure we usually were in the nice spots befor people from other cruises, which I really appreciated.
