Halong Bay Day Cruise I booked a Halong Bay Day Tour from Hanoi. Phuong @ Haiphong Tours was very patient and answered my many questions to help me understand what types + durations of cruises were available. Thanks to him I was able to choose the perfect activity filled cruise for me. And he helped me to decide to also spend time on Cat Ba Island as well. Because I wanted to do a lot of hiking in the National Park, motorbiking & go to the beach. For the Day Cruise the coach Bus picked me up from my hotel in Hanoi at 8:30AMWe made 2 roadside bathroom/food stops. And arrived Tuan Chau Pier at Noon. BTW - There is a bathroom + snack shop @ the pier.On the pier, we connected with another group; for a total of 26 people on the boat. The cruise itinerary included:Sung Sot Cave - which was a very large caveKayaking Dark & Bright Cave - a fun adventure to kayak thru a cave Ti Top Island - was a nice hike up (500 steps) to a great view of Halong BayWe had a very good family style lunchWe Departed Tuan Chau Pier around 5PM.Returned to hotel around 8PM.I had a great time. I highly recommend using Haiphong Tours to arrange your cruise. BTW - They also can arrange transport from Hanoi airport, Haiphong or even from/to Ninh Binh. Phuong will definitely connect you with a cruise that matches your requirements!

Brilliant transfers We booked a transfer from Haiphong to Tuan Chan Harbour (Ha long bay). The communication was brilliant with great english and the driver was prompt. We booked a return and the driver made sure he contacted the tour guide for us so that he could drop us and pick us up at the right place. He didn’t have to do that as he had no ties with the tour (as we had booked it separately), so we were really appreciative. Highly recommend!

Stop searching and get on board with High Phong Tours We had about 5 hours to fill between getting off a cruise in Ha Long Bay and flying out of the Hai Phong airport. Phuong at Haiphong tours was the answer. He put together a fun itinerary for us and showed us several sights around town. We were traveling with our 8 and 11 year old and he did a great job of incorporating their interests into the afternoon, complete with tasty juice for them upon pick up. He was very helpful via WhatsApp in getting the tour set up and did a lot to help us navigate the cruise ship terminal departure and arrival as well. It was really great to have a local just a WhatsApp message away when we were not sure where we were going or what to do. I highly suggest dropping Phuong a message when/if you are in Hai Phong.

Great service. We booked a 3D cruise through hai phong tours which included pick up Hanoi and drop off to Ninh Binh. Communication was great from before the cruise and after all the way to our arrival in Ninh Binh. I would recommend there friendly and professional service.

Brilliant service Zalo transfers is excellent. All our transfers were on time. Very responsive and helpful on watsapp. We were also able to change the time of one of our transfers with short notice without a problem. Really nice comfortable cars to travel in suitable for long transfer journeys to/from airport etc.

Great transfer service from Ha Long cruise to Cat Bi Airport! So happy I found Haiphong Tours! We needed a ride to Cat Bi airport after a Halong Bay Cruise. Haiphong Tours offered the transfer at half the price with stops in the city. They are friendly and have great communication. Special thanks to our driver who took us to a fun and interesting food hall to try some local dishes with the locals!

Great private car from Haiphong to Hanoi! Haiphong tours organised a private car to take me from Haiphong to Hanoi airport. The service was extremely efficient, it was a bit of an emergency for me but y he whole car was organised and confirmed within half an hour with very effective communication. They accept credit card, cash, or money transfer. Super great service, the driver was wonderful and the communication was great.
