We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hai Phong Tours, all thanks to Mr. Phuong! He helped us arrange a seamless travel itinerary: a private transfer from Haiphong Airport to Ninh Binh, another private transfer from Ninh Binh to our Ha Long Bay cruise pier, and a bus from the pier back to the Old Quarter. Mr. Phuong was incredibly attentive and responsive, replying to all our messages almost instantly. Even when our plans and dates shifted, he was extremely understanding and accommodated our changing requests without any hesitation. Their pricing is very competitive, and the service is completely clean, professional, and reliable. Halong Bay tour and bus transport without speaking Vietnamese
I booked a Halong Bay tour and a transport from Hai Phong to Tam Coc. The tour was really interesting. Our guide marteen did a great job and the food was delicious. I would have liked to hear more about the cave especially the stone formations and creation rather than stones looking like chicken or turtles though. The transport worked good as well. Although only a few people actually speak english, the little they speak ist enough to tell you what to do. Hotel pickup and delivery back worked just as good as the organization of the tour and transport via WhatsApp. Thank you!
